I see only short repeating circumference. Measure the distance, read manual it's there. Might be drum or fuser.

is that example:

printed on NCR paper?

or 20lb BW laser?

is it cyan toner

or greyscale

could be the items tsb mentioned

really would prefer to see the usage?

or config page


how many total pages on unit?

have the PM cycles been done:

correctly/on time?

GAWD I hate compat toners color in these machine

Fuser, pricey though. Almost as much as machine is selling now. You can get sleeves and lower rollers (alibaba) on line and rebuild the fuser for about 30.00 and your time. Well worth it, if you have several out. Good Luck.

Well people, it was the fuser, lovely piece of acetate (OHP) paper wrapped around the fuser belt. Un-repairable, cust wont pay 250 plus vat to replace.

well where did the acetate come from? sounds like it is the CUSTOMER fault to me.. make sure you charge them for your time there!

there are several sources for reman in the states.
not to bad of a job.
