HP Designjet T520 print is incomplete

Just install the driver on Windows 10 for a customer after getting it to work.

    The printer use 36" roll.

Sending PDF print only about 30 inches (instead of the 36"), it cut the image on the left side.

I tried all configuration available on the preference page etc, include in advance (print as image).

    I have the manual

    Any idea?

    Thanks

Which download from HP did you use? The "Driver Pack" or one of the others?

If you did use the driver pack, try installing it using the normal HPGL2 driver and see if it behaves any differently.

To overcome on the issue ,you can manually changes settings by using the options i.e, Click Start, point to Settings, and the click Printers. Right-click the appropriate printer, and then click Properties. Click the Paper tab, and then click the paper size you want to use in the Paper Size box. ClickAdvanced Print Setup dialog box option. This setup option is available for both Post Script & non-PostScript printers.

What print driver did you install? Hopefully it was an HP print driver from the HP website.

I had this come up the other day. it was a Designjet T3500. The customer had changed IT companies, and during the changeover the new IT company let WSD install whatever it liked. The driver had no means of selecting print size or paper size, so prints randomly alternated between the 36" and the 30" roll. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

At that point I transfer the driver issue to the IT guy.
