I'd start by removing the printhead and ink cartridges, then turn the printer off and back on again. Let it initialize and ask for the printhead and cartridges, assuming it gets that far.

Have you followed the troubleshooting steps in the service manual? Are there any beeps? Do you see the green LED flashing inside the ink cartridge cover? Can you get the support menu by holding down the power button for 15 seconds?
Try disconnecting the trailing cable from the main PCA, see if it behaves any differently when powered on. If nothing else, I would try another main PCA.

C1Q10A - Printhead
VERY common on the T120/T520's.
There is supposed to be a firmware that "addresses" this issue, but, the last T120 I came across had the latest firmware and after replacing the printhead, it was working perfectly.Comment
