    How can I setup a new crypto Asic chip SIM on hp designjet t3500

    The plotter has 59.04.10 error I put a New crypto Asic chip SIM and the same error message shows the display ,maybe I must setup it ,thanks in advance

    What started this issue? Did you replace the HD or encoder PCA, etc? Did you use a new Crypto SIM or is it used from another printer? Because you can't use a used one.

    If nothing else, then you likely have a bad engine PCA. Just remember to put the old Crypto SIM on the new engine PCA after replacement.

      Thanks , Crypto Asic chip SIM is new , display says 59.04.10 error . Service manual to solve it says that I need Crypto Asic chip SIM pca card service kit to setup it,
      Do you know the part number thanks

        If you put a new Crypto SIM in, then you must know the part number..? Also the part number is in the service manual, along with specific instructions regarding replacing it.

        The part number is CR357-67087
