Hello. Thank you for sharing your valuable information. I also get the error 21:13 on my HP T 770. I have already removed the motor that moves the carriage to free the head. I realized that this motor was blocked with dried ink. I removed it, cleaned it and lubricated it. Then I tested it outside the machine with a 9V battery and it works. I reinstalled it but the machine still has the error. What do you think? Thank you for your valuable help, I am not a technician, just a self-taught user who struggles to be able to print.

That looks like the motor in the service station, not the carriage motor. The motor working is one thing; the other is the encoder sensor and disc on the end of it. The sensor that reads the disc is likely fouled with ink. You might be able to clean it but even taking the service station apart like that is beyond what HP would do. They just replace the entire service station. But if you can manage to get the encoder sensor cleaned and make sure the disc is OK, then you might dodge replacing the entire service station.
I don't think I've ever seen just the motor sold by itself. The service station is one part.

Hello Kirin.
Thank you for your contribution. I managed to repair. I lubricated the engine and then cleaned the plate with the sensor with alcohol. I dried well and cleaned the wheel sensor especially. After that I tested the engine on the machine only on the plug. It worked. I installed the engine and the machine is ok.
He had been in the meantime to quote from HP and only sell the full season, gave me a quote of 576 โฌ + VAT.
