HP Designjet T1530 Jamming at the Stacker Unit

I have an issue with a HP DesignJet T1530 Plotter.

It is Jamming the paper at the Stacker entrance. No Error Code just crunches up the paper as its trying to push the paper
into the Stacker Unit, then goes into a Carriage Jam.

Any Help would be greatly appreciated

There's a whole list of things to check in the service manual regarding paper jams in the stacker. Have you done those? I haven't personally experienced one with an issue.

    See attached.

Re: HP Designjet T1530 Jamming at the Stacker Unit

      Two effects that I've seen:

On a Designjet T2600PS one of the idler rollers in the stacker dropped out shortly after delivery, jamming up the ramps mechanism, putting it out of time. I found the idler roller gumming up the works and re-installed it, but the ramps mechanism could not return home, and continued to error out. So I removed the drive motor for the ramps mechanism, and manually drove it through a few full cycles guessing at a retracted position, then re-installed the motor. It cycled once to home position and has been working since. The error was 0075-0005-0059, but the customer complained of jamming.

I think there must be an error, you just haven't found it yet. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thanks, I have checked in the service manual, It seems as though the paper is not moving at all as it enters the stacker
I am heading there today with a new Stacker Motor , hopefully this will solve the issue
