Seeing as the firmware hasn't changed since 2023, the problem is likely with the cartridges you're trying to use. This is some of the risk you take using 3rd party cartridges. Perhaps try a different brand.

I don't think the problem is with the cartridges because another printers accepts them.
.... Could the problem be in the mother card?

If it accepts genuine HP cartridges, then I wouldn't suspect a problem with the printer.

It's impossible to give support for non-genuine consumables. If they don't work, don't use them.
