    HP 4525 49.60E3 Error code

    Good morning.
    I'm not typically an HP technician. I'm trying to help out a customer that has an HP 4525. The Printer constantly jams part way through a multi-page job and displays a 49.60E3 error, with a prompt to restart the machine.
    Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

      do the firmware update then let's see

          +1 on the firmware

          I've also found that the 4525 doesn't like the Universal Print Driver, even though HP says that it works. I found the model specific driver is more reliable.
