I was task whit trying to fix this machine. It will not recognize OEM print cartridges. the customer has also tried Amazon and Office Depot print cartridges. It is also leaking ink from somewhere. When turned on it displays a message about "a problem with the supply system".
I have no idea how to work on these devices. I would be grateful for any help.
