HP E87640 hard drive issue ??

Bought this machine off lease. Only 21k clicks on meter. After one copy exits there is a message and error code, "Internal disk not found" and code "99.59.66 No boot disk". Looking in service manual I see there are two hdd's.
Prints from computer with no issues.
Any help appeciated.

This device should have an eMMC drive as its boot drive. These drives have been known to fail. Alternatively, you could check the formatter. If you have a different device, swap it out, but you'll need to repair the firmware because security features will block it.
