LaserJet M9050

Hi,


Prints are fine but when copying through ADF or off glass pages are blank white. Scanner lamp is coming on and is bright. Scan to folder is not setup so don't know if that works.
Any help appreciated.

couple of things to check, with the adf up and a 8x11 sheet detected does it fully scan the whole page? If not the scanner may be locked for shipping but i would imagine youd get an error.
I remember something about the angle sensor on the ADF as well.
Could definitely be a CCD as well.
What happens when you to a 2 sided scan through the ADF are both sides blank?
