HP Designjet T520 has printhead issues

A customer that had a Kyocera 3552ci whit us has ask us if we could help them with their HP HP Designjet T520 large format printer. The customer says "I just replaced them yesterday with new ones. Do you have replacement cartridges? They could be bad and can't rule that out without having replacements. See the attached pic. We just replaced the three-toners." I have attached the picture they sent me.

Can anyone help me with this? I have no (zero) experience with these HP large format ink jet devices. Do we just get new cartridges? Are cartridges bad right out of the box? What might he be missing?

Any and all help with this would be appreciated.

Re: HP Designjet T520 has printhead issues

The Designjet T520 is an ink based device. The OEM printhead comes with full ink cartridges to complete the installation. Even if there is remaining ink in the old cartridges, the machine will not do a printhead installation without installing those new ink cartridges. My customers confirm that you can re-install the partial ink cartridges later, when those installation cartridges are consumed. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
