Hello!
I come back to you with a new problem with our old T2500 plotter. Today I needed it and when I started it (after a break of about 2 months) when it started, an error appeared on the print head (0x00020). It recommends changing the print head, but it only has 98 ml passed through it and it was installed 10 months ago.
If I start the replacement procedure with the same head, the printhead appears to have been replaced successfully, but when it goes through the alignment procedure, the error for the above printhead (0x00020) appears. I also tried to cancel the automatic alignment, but after the first printed sheet the error appears again.
What could be the fault? Where should I begin? I state that I have a new printhead, but I don't seem to want to unseal it if I'm not sure that this solves the problem.
Any help is welcome! Thank you!
