This is a strange one. Customer has two M608 sitting side by side. They are both doing same thing, after about 1 min display goes dim which I'm assuming is enegry save mode. If customer sends a print job when display is dim it will take around 45 sec to 1 min to start printing. If display is normal & fully lit it prints almost immediately.

The reason I say it's a strange one, did a factory reset then disabled sleep & everything related to energy save and still same issue.

Anyone ever see this before?

Latest firmware?

I've had similar issues with M60x models on a certain revision of firmware (can't remember which). I would go to print the Configuration Page from the Administration menu and it just doesn't print. I updated the firmware and everything works fine.
