Hi everyone, I usually stay in the ricoh/lanier/gestetner section.
we have this customer reporting this problem on that unit
(61.00.03) print head error (on display)


I'll start by saying that I don't know that model, I downloaded the repair manual and the service manual from the internet, but I couldn't find anything.


since the customer is very far away, I would kindly like some feedback from you on what that error could be, (maybe it's trivial?) I don't know, any suggestions will be appreciated


* in the meantime I suggested to the customer to update the firmware via the web and restart the device.

it's the first thing I did, and I found solutions like "turn it off and on" or "unplug and plug in the formatter", but since the customer is very far away (it takes almost a morning) I would be happier if I found someone who already knows happened and give me your feedback....in order to avoid an empty exit.
