This can somethimes be caused by poor contacts on the toner cartridge connectors.

If you have a look at where the toner cart sits once it is fully inserted, you should see some small loops of wire which act as the connectors to the toner cart. I found that some people are rough when they install / remove toner carts and can catch on the loops which pulls one side of the loop out.

Make sure that all of these are sitting as they should be.
Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.

      P3015?

I assume you are talking about a P3015. This is an all-in-one machine. I also assume that it when you print the menu map from the control panel, every page is blank. (if only happens when copying, or from control panel then it is something else.) If other, let me know, because that will be entirely different. Check the following:

1.) Clean cartridge contacts in the machine and on the cartridge
2.) Replace or try new or known good cartridge
3.) Clean laser scanner lenses. If necessary, remove scanner from printer and hold up to light to clean with lint free cloth
4.) Follow HVPS connections to board and check that nothing is damaged or out of position.
5.) Maybe bad HVPS, Laser Scanner, or dc controller

Hope this helps. Please post what solved the problem when you have a solution.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".
