[Misc] HP DesignJet 4500ps Network Problem

    Hi Frens,

I have HP DesignJet 4500ps Plotter machine and i faced a unexpected problem. It was working properly before but now after i changed IP address my plotter machine is not receiving any data. May be any mistake or what i don't know. It would be greatness of you if you give the solution on that.

Change the IP in the print driver port.

    RTFM
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

        Like the nmfaxman says,

You need to have the driver pointing to the same IP address that the plotter is at. Go to Printers, Properties, Ports, Add a Port, enter the new IP address, Apply, OK. Depending on your operating system you may need to look a little harder for the printers folder.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
