Customer complaining machine does not print, displays warming up message. works again after power cycled (sometimes more than once) Tried a new fuser but still a problem. Any suggestions!

Any errors recorded on the Error Log? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.

Formatter issue would be my guess. Does not print, warming up
I don't think there was anything in the error log, will start by updating firmware.

Upgraded firmware, disabled powersave, installed EIO jet direct card. Think its fixed.Comment
