I have a P4015 that is jamming with code 13.20.00. We've replaced the drum unit which I know was bad & I updated the firmware. The machine continues to jam. Any ideas ?

Where is the lead edge of the page when it jams, and is there an image on the page/drum? -
Yes, there is an image on the drum. It seems to do it on duplex only in the middle of runs. It's not like it's physically jamming, catching on anything, it really just seems to stop.Comment

You changed the toner cartridge on your HP LaserJet P4015? 13.20 can be many things. But i believe your fuser is bad.IzzyComment
