    [CQ] HP4515

i have a HP4515 that has bad PCQ. We have put the latest firmware and a new fuser. I panicked stoped a print and the part that went through the fuser was bad but the part that did not looked have way decent. My suspicions are try another fuser or replace the low voltage power supply. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

When you say bad print quality, what specifically are you saying? Are there lines? repeating defects? Not fixing? What exactly?

Do a half page test (stop the print before it goes into the fuser) and look at the print. Compare it with what you're seeing coming out.

Make sure the printer is plugged directly into the wall outlet and not in a surge protector, use fresh paper and run tests directly from the control panel, not the computer. If you can attach samples of the print quality issues you're having.

there no lines just the solids are not solid and there is a slight blurr. looks like the fuser is not fusing. the print is a little gritty

A little more info would help. How many prints? new toner? OEM or Reman?

Can you attach a sample? All I'm going to be able to do is give you a list of everything that can cause image problems. I can't see what you're seeing, so to help you is very difficult.
