Re: HP CP2025
To me it looks like a damaged transfer belt. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Re: HP CP2025
I would run Print quality diagnostics page, that way you could pin point a toner cartridge if one is bad. I know you said they were all OEM but one may be bad anyway. Did you say you replaced them? Thats where I would start, then calibrate it 2 / 3 times. Try cleaning / Check the scanner slit glass ( dont know much about these but we have some of them in the field and I would like to hear what you come up with). good luckIzzyComment

Re: HP CP2025
I agree with blackcat, the transfer belt might be faulty. Otherwise have the cartridges checked one by one, as there maybe a faulty cartridge which might need replacement. I sometimes come across this situation and after several attempts on cleaning the transfer belt, rollers, slit glass, etc it works again but if there is a faulty cartridge though it is OEM replacement will only solve the problem.
Let me know of your progress.Comment

Re: HP CP2025
This could be a scanner problem. Send a print job to the printer an ordinary text document. Check to see if the text prints normally . The bands across a page with a faulty cartridge will appear four time down the page. With a scanner problem the band will be intermitent appearing two, three and four time. My guess would be that the 3700 has a defective scanner.Comment
