Wow that is a lot of info to work with. Could there be a mouse or small bird living in the fuser? The greatest enemy of knowledge isn't ignorance, it is the illusion of knowledge. Stephen HawkingComment

Isn't this the HP printer with the swing plate assembly problem? Is there noise with the jamming?

Re: HP LaserJet 4250dtn Printer
It's certainly one of the possibilities. Usually accompanied by piles of gray dust and squealing noise or gear growling noise. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Re: HP LaserJet 4250dtn Printer
We have been having a rash of fuser jams on many HP's I work on because of the crappy aftermarket fusers we have been getting. I think the grease on the inside of the film dries out or maybe there is too much. I've had 3 this month where they don't jam for me but the event log will be full of 13.05 jams. I'd rather not bash vendors here but try an OEM fuser.
