Having this ongoing issue for a couple of weeks now, 1st page feeds ok but second page does not even get picked up most times and of course it registers a jam. On occasions the 2nd page feeds through by about 30cm (6in). Fuser and feed tyres, reg roller all in good condition with plenty of life on them. Help would be welcome. TIA.

Re: Laserjet 3800 jamming continuously on 2nd page from paper tray.
That's what I was thinking about. Does the actual physical paper size match the size detected, or programmed? A mismatch is the most common explanation for this sort of jamming. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
