My pdf manual won't open.....corrupt.
Usually the way these work is that there is a cryptic sequence of blinks.
For example, on 1 second, off two seconds, etc...
I'll see if I can get a fresh download.

2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

The flashing orange light is a basic attention light. Check the following:
1. There is a known good toner cartridge installed
2. There is paper in the tray
3. The long tab on the top of the inside of the cartridge access door is not broken
4. Connector J210 on main board is intact, tight and all 3 pins are present
5. That the drum drive engagement is working properly and the contact is present
6. The main motor connector is seated tightlyComment
