93:11 means the printer is unable to pressurize the ink delivery system (IDS). This could be something as simple as a poorly seated or bad ink cartridge, or it could be a broken part in the IDS itself, or a problem with the ink tubes that run from the cartridges up to the carriage.

If remove all of the ink cartridges and can start the printer, and not get the error, then it's likely a bad ink cartridge. Otherwise I'd inspect the plumbing of the IDS and see if maybe just one of the myriad of hoses has come apart, etc.

How much are they asking for it? I'm curious.

By the way, the error may not occur until you send it something to print; I don't believe it tries to pressurize the IDS on startup, only when you start to print.
