Is the enduser blocked from making changes in the driver ... for example: number of pages grayed out. If yes, IT will need to give it's endusers some rights. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Any chance you could let us know which print driver is on their computer? And maybe the operating system of the computer?
Still, if they were able to do that before, you might try turning the printer off and unplugging it for a while. The time it takes to retrieve a standard cup of coffee should be long enough to see if that will help.
(I can't see your machine, so I took a wild guess based on the limited information you provided. Sorry if it was a waste of time.)

No problem and thank you for your input.....I do have limited info on this customer as they told me this over the phone.
        I will try your solution.
        Thank you

I don't have a reason for you, but ironically I had the exact issue on an old HP4000 recently. Strangely they could print multiple copies from the multi-purpose tray- but not the paper tray
They were using PCL6. I re-installed it, reset the printer, etc. Finally, I installed the PS driver and it solved the issue

          It's a mystery

I had this issue on my home computer once. I restarted and everything's fine.
