It has bulletin to do, you need to follow that. but run U024, because in 2012 this issue was common causing by firmware or DIMM, but today mostly just HDD

Printing web pages can be problematic for Kyoceras. When possible, select "View as PDF" or "Printer Friendly Page". In some webpages you'll have the option to "Download as PDF". You'll be able to print the downloaded PDF document.

The way I understand it, the links built into the webpage closely resemble PreScribe commands (the native language of Kyocera printers), confusing the printer. The PDF or Printer Friendly Page will have those links removed.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

That clears up some questions I've had. Thanks.
