    [Misc] P7240cdn random black printout.

    Hy to all

    I would like to ask if somebody had this case;
    Device works normally and print is ok but sporadically printer prints all black page and because high coverage jams after reset works normally random count of prints and than does it again totaly black or I presume full color of all colors printout.
    Device coming to shop next week so if somebody give me a hint what to check.

    You have an arc in a drum. I think magenta.

      My guess is cyan. The color that is absent from the print is usually the cause. Replace both DV and DK. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          Missing HVT for all colors.
          from my experience it`s broken sleeve roller from DV yellow.(>20 cases)
          New DV and DK needed.
          But i don`t know why always on yellow DV the sleeve roller surface would damaged...
          First produced color will be yellow, now broken sleeve roller breaks down DK high voltage and complete DK high voltage for CMK and finally you get result like this.
