    Have you updated firmware? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

If you have installed optional languages please read the following, an error may produce your symptom:

The number of the optional language which can be registered in the above models increases from 1 to 5.
Accordingly, attention is required by a case.
      [Outline]
      • If the optional languages registered are less than 5, only the optional language of remaining number can be installed. -> Same as before
      • If 5 optional languages are registered and other optional language is necessary for users, uninstalling all the optional language software by the Language Uninstaller software and registering the necessary optional language software are necessary.
-> Be sure to note [Attention] as below.
--- By inserting a USB memory device storing the Language Uninstaller software and the necessary language software, uninstalling all the language software and registering the necessary language software are completed.
      [Attention]
To uninstall or install the optional language, first check what the language chosen now.
If an optional language is chosen, change it to the standard language once. After that, delete all the language software by the Language Uninstaller software and install the necessary optional language software.
Otherwise, the following phenomenon might occur. (Refer to [Phenomenon due to the Language Uninstaller software improperly used].)
(When the optional languages less than 5 are registered, the following phenomenon does not occur since uninstalling the language software by the Language Uninstaller software is not necessary.
Therefore, if additionally installing the optional language software in case the optional language registered is less than 5, be sure not to store the Language Uninstaller software in a USB memory device.)
[Phenomenon due to the Language Uninstaller software improperly used]
When starting up the main unit after all the optional language software is uninstalled by the Language Uninstaller software and other language software is installed alternatively while the optional language uninstalled was chosen, the language information chosen does not exist then the phenomenon such as "The operation panel is blank", "The report is output as blank page" might occur. (Refer to [Phenomenon and recovery] in the following page for the details.)

Thank you very much, maybe I have to find a way to get rid of the language with some testing and follow-up because the error doesn't happen often
