I you look at the test target, the Black and yellow are fine. The Red and Cyan is throwing thick red lines. The cartridges the customer is using are remans. The cartridge builder says that the HVPS is bad. I am saying bad cartridges considering the bad spots in the copy are recurring the length of the Mag roll and the yellow and black are fine... Any feedback would be a big help... Thanks

I have seen bad remans in Lexmark. Rule of thumb is, never put remans in color boxes. I would insist on another toner, even one that is almost empty. If your defect changes, it is the cart. My bet is it is a bad cart. I had one sieze up and not print black. Almost ordered a hvps, then saw the aftermarket boxes. The greatest enemy of knowledge isn't ignorance, it is the illusion of knowledge. Stephen Hawking -

I sincerely doubt that you've got an HVPS problem. The cartridges make a lot more sense, especially remanufactured cartridges. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
