    X658de prints upside down.

I have one particular X658de that prints upside down. What I mean by this is when you print a document the bottom of the page exits the printer first, instead of the top of the document exiting the printer first. I've tried different drivers, computers, reset to default, duplex on and off, etc but it still continues to print upside down.

I've tried to load the paper (labels) upside down but the printer jams.

I have several other X658 and X654 printers that don't experience this issue and when I compare the configuration pages I don't see anything that stands out.

I'm not sure if this is your condition, but, I found this in the readme of the latest firmware:

"Addressed an issue in which copying to letterhead under certain conditions could lead to the output printing upside down."

ok 1) labels upside down.. WHICH TRAY?
        2) are they using letterhead or other with top border? When it comes our bottom first.. is it the LAST page of the print job?
3)what program are they printing from?
        4) is print driver/file properties set to "Print Last Page First"
very little info to go on

        are you the end user?

I have found the solution, the issue is printer has a stapler... explained in the user guide.
