    CS748DE void and wrinkle/crease

    Hi,
I have relatively new printer that has been plagued with this void and wrinkle for a while, it is intermittent, and comes and goes. Plain 20lb letter paper, nothing special. Changing the paper doesn't really help, it has returned the next day, or maybe the next month.
Tried replacing, fuser, transfer belt unit, all 4 photo conductors, the paper tray, paper pickup.IMG_1375.jpg

Anyone resolved this? I saw a thread from 2014 on this, similar printer, but no resolution.

    Thanks

Pin wrinkles are almost always caused by excessive moisture in the paper. The paper may have been stored in a very cold environment, then brought into a warm room. What is the humidity in the room where the copier is? If the humidity is high in that room, new paper will continue to absorb moisture from the air. Also, if the machine is set to a Thick media type and plain paper is loaded, it will wrinkle.

    Humidity, moisture, paper. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

Every time I have been there, humidity in the room seems to be fine. Believe me, I thought it was paper at first too. It is an office building attached to their factory, Office is totally separate, has proper AC and heating.
The other printers in the office are fine, same models. Just seems to be this one. Sure has us stumped.
