I've got a machine that is not transferring. I swapped the transfer roller with one from another machine and there was no change. Would the power supply be next in line?

Re: Lexmark MX-410 no transfer
I assume you have tried a new image unit, after that there is not much use to spend time or effort as it is getting cost prohibitive to do much more. These boxes are throwaway. -

Had once one KM 4050 which may be the same if I'm not mistaken. If you have blank print/copy try to change IU. It was the culprit in my case.

Re: Lexmark MX-410 no transfer
Just realized this is a B&W unit.....duh!
Is the Imaging Unit okay? Worked on one of these last week and right after I updated the firmware, I started getting image defects from the same imaging unit that was in the machine when I arrived. Junk IU's.Comment

Re: Lexmark MX-410 no transfer
I would think the contacts would be okay. Lexmark redesigned them to be inside a plastic "carrier". Unlike the exposed contacts in like the E460 series. These contacts got squashed and bent all the time.Comment
