fuser reset chip

Hi Guys

Can anyone help with a part for Lexmark C792 colour laser printer. We have one in stock which is in perfect condition but is asking for fuser to be replaced neven though it is in good condition. Would be ideal for use in our office. Tracked down that these are chipped but cannot find a reset chip anywhere available. I have found one or two fusers refurbished on line so chips (or a reset technique) must be available somewhere in the World!!!. Any help as always is appreciated

Afraid not. Machine just sitting on shelf gathering dust!!

lexmark tech. can get you reset in about 2 minutes.

If u can help would b appreciated. Is it a reset procedure you can reply to in this thread or is it the reset chip and where it can b obtained.
