I have a customer who is getting copy quality problems because the waste sump is full on the drum cartridge. The customer swears that they just installed it and got it from Lexmark. (It does look new also the charge roller) Is there a reason that the waste toner would prematurly fill when bias and everything else looks OK. Does Lexmark sell new Photocartridges that are full of waste toner by accident... This day came right out of the Twilight Zone... lol

The other toner cartridges they had were from Lexmark in unopened boxes but that seems to me also the only way toner would fill the waste sump...Comment

do you have one of the old ones you can put back into it to see what happens? i would just try a new one. they might say it came from lexmark, but could be an ebay special that has been remaned.Comment
