Hello, I have a customer that when they copy a large stack of documents in the ADF, it will multi-sheet feed on the last few. I installed an ADF maintenance kit Lexmark 40X8431 and the machine still does it with no change. Jan code is "295.20 Scanner Jam Remove all originals" Any help is very appreciated !! Thanks

Turns out that there was excessive paper dust in the sep pads installed on the paper tray. I cleaned these real well and that solved the problem. -

Congratulations! If it happens again you might watch for NCR originals or Xerox Phaser originals which are very slippery, and tend to multifeed no matter what you do. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
