Lexmark xc9235 skewed immage in scan mode

    Lexmark xc9235 skewed immage in scan mode

    i have problem with many lexmark printer like xc9235
    if i print from computer tor print test page the print is good
    but if i use adf or flatbed to scan or copy , the immage is skewed
    the merror and the lens is ok
    i try all the steps in the service manual but the problem not solved

              How can you tell that there is a skew? I can't see any of the edges?
              You can do better than this. =^..^=
              If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                  what steps did you follow in the service manual? what have you done so that we are not repeating steps?
                  feed rollers? guides? etc.
