    LEXMARK X3350

I have a Lexmark 3350 that's almost new at 2000 copies. It began giving the 121. service fuser error. I eventually replaced the fuser with a new one. However, it now gives an error of 621.01A intermittantly . That's a fuser error also. Could anyone offer input on this ? It's plugged into a dedicated power source. Ive seen many 121 fuser errors but not 621.01A. ???

You plugged the machine into another power line or measured its value

There's was a bulletin on this error for the XM3350, after replacing the fuser update the firmware.
