Lexmark XC9235 Event Log Through Web Browser

Hi, Does anybody know if there's a way of accessing the event log through the embedded web server? Need it for a warranty claim but the customer is a 2 hour trip away.

Could always get them to print it off and scan over to me but if there's a way to access remotely it would be nice to know.

    Thanks

Is it registered and reporting to Lexmarks Cloud Services? You can request and download reports from there.

I seem to recall accessing the event log from the web interface on other Lexmarks ... printing it for sure, but I can't find any references to the web interface functionality.

Even so, it's quite easy to print the event log off the machine ... easy enough for the enduser to do it ...then fax or scan it to you. See attached: =^..^=

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I don't think it's registered for cloud services, only been selling Lexmark's for around 4 years and never enabled that function. Sounds pretty handy tool though, specially now we've got around 40 machines out in the field.

Do you know if it's a pretty simple thing to setup? cant see much info on their website apart from contacting Lexmark but that doesn't work due to their website revamp!

Can't find the page you sent in the screenshot mloudy

Go to https://ip-address/se - it's going to be available there :-)

if you could get a remote session into the customers pc that is connected to the copier. then follow what mloudy suggested and you can get the report you are looking for. if you know how to access that menu. im a lexmark tech. it takes less than 5 min. to get that info from the copier itself.
