    [Error Code] Problem with error code 171.85 on Lexmark C6160

    Hello everyone,


    I need help with lexmark c6160 error code 171.85
    The first important thing was the problem with the controller board that I replaced. The latest firmware with all licenses has been installed. The fan was also replaced and the firmware upgrade was done again, but the error keeps repeating and the fan is noisy when in normal mode. When I do diagnostics, it works normally without noise.
    Please give me suggestions on what to do next?

      Yes it is new fan. Same sound with old and new.

        have you performed all the steps in the service manual? might be time to reach out to lexmark...

          I have replace all the parts from service manual and contact Lexmark but still did not get any replay from them
