[Jamming] Lexmark E120 - First page jams

Hi all,

I have a Lexmark E120 in our Workshop at the mo and, from cold, the first page will always jam. The paper gets stuck about 1cm into the fuser unit. After removing the jam, the printer works fine.

Has anybody ever seen this before or have any suggestions for me to try?

Don't worry about my original post... turns out the printer driver was corrupt!
