[Error Code] C920 - how to remove the 80 fuser life warning message

Any help, will be appreciate

I changed the fuser and the message did not dissapear.
I reset the main count value.
I reset factory defaults (basic)

The message did not dissapear!!

What can i do.

power off copier. hold down 2 and 6 and and turn power on (keep holding the 2 and 6) depending on your model it might be the down arrow and the right arrow you need to hold down)

To enter the configuration menu, POR the printer holdingdown the V key and the RIGHTUP and
DOWN keys, and then pressing the key to select the item.

To enter the configuration menu, POR the printer holdingdown the V key and the RIGHT key until the operator
panel displays “Performing Self Test”. The configuration menu can be navigated by pressing the UP and
DOWN keys, and then pressing the key to select the item.

I knew this configuration Menu and nothing about FUSER COUNTER RESET.

I reset the main counter in the CONFIGURATION MENU .
This is the only counter in the CONFIGURATION MENU .

the fuser as well as the transfer belt have fuseable links in them. if you are using a new fuser from Lexmark contact tech support for replacement if its a refurbished fuser odds are that the link wasn't replaced durning build up.
