    C748 cartridge issues

Does anyone have a solid fix to the issue where toner/developer cartridges will create spots on pages. Pick any color I have had every color of toner do this on various machines, and not just when the cartridge is low on toner. I just replaced a cyan toner with under 2500 prints that was leaving spots. Put in a new cartridge and it went away.

Bump. I've replaced about 6 different toners, all different colors recently on just one machine! Is it a transfer belt issue or something else? Or is it a common issue and we just keep on replacing toner carts?

It's paper dust contamination under the S-blade in the developing unit/toner cartridge.

A fix? Um ... use better quality paper. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
