[Misc] Samsung SL-2620DW stuck on Samsung logo

I have a SL-2620DW that is stuck with the Samsung logo on the screen and wont go passed it. We can print, but thats about it. Would a firmware update fix this? Thanks in advance.

Can you open the device webpage? If yes you should be able to recover the machine by reflashing the firmware.
