Need Toshiba MR-3020 SM & Parts

Anyone have the Tosh MR-3020 service & part manuals? I found the ADF SM online but unless I missed it couldn't find the reg SM & Parts.

I have anything Kon/Min, Kip and extensive library of older models of all brands to trade for it.

    Thanks

The model MR-3020 is a document feeder only. It's mounted on top of an MFP ... probably a Hudson series machine.

As parts manuals go, Toshiba does something a little different than most manufacturers: All Toshiba parts manuals are rolled up unto a single huge proprietary application called RIBON or if viewed through Toshiba's website WEBRIBON. I can't share that with you, but I can look up individual items for you. You can also browse PrecisionRoller.com: Online Shopping for Toner Cartridges & more and find most of the commonly available items.

Since this copier is 12 years old and obsolete for the last two years, there will be very limited parts available. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Hi, Thanks for the offers BC & toshibaestudio. FYI toshiba I won't pay a "small fee" for manuals. I try and help people on this forum which includes sending manuals & firmware for FREE. This is the way it is supposed to work.

I was able to get the regular service manual for free. So all good for now

            Thanks again

So you did figure out what model copier you have. Congratulations!

It may be your objective to give away resources, but it isn't mine. I hope it doesn't surprise you but the forum is not here to provide you with free stuff. You can pay or not pay, as you like, but I'm not obligated to give you anything you ask for.

Each person has their own reasons for being here. Personally I'm here to help individuals that are willing to do their own thinking and research. If you're not willing to do either of these I won't be much help to you.

Interchange of ideas, not things. =^..^=

Re: Need Toshiba MR-3020 SM & Parts

BC, you missed the whole point. The point was no one on this forum should pay for a manual. My response was to toshibaestudio who offered to sell me the manual for "small fee".

I have been a member here for many years. I have helped way more than asked for help. I have provided manuals & F/W to at least 100 people who PM'd me.

Also in case you missed it the thread I posted in was "manual requests". So you see some people do offer to help others with things other than their knowledge or the category wouldn't be there! If you don't want to help with manuals that is fine. Other than that there is no reason for you to even respond! Why even read the post if it is under "manual request"! Just avoid the post and then you won't feel the need to interject your sarcasm.

FYI, obviously I don't know Toshiba well since I didn't know the model #. A new customer called and told me the ADF was jamming and provided the ADF model # when I asked for the copier model #. When I looked it up I saw it was for the ADF and why I was asking for the regular serv manual. Normally I would have turned this account over to my Tosh buddy but business has been really slow so I decided to keep this one since it was just for ADF rollers. Maint message is also on so wanted the regular service when customer decides to do it. So there you have it, the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth

Understood. What attracted my attention was your lack of differentiation between the DF and the MFP.

It is properly categorized in the Service Manual Request Forum. I'll remain silent the next time. =^..^=

BC, no one here needs to be silenced. This forum is lucky to have someone who contributes as much as you do. I hope no hard feelings between us.
