Canon IR advanced 6255 slit glass part number

Hi folks,
looking for help with part number for the scan slit glass on Canon IR advanced 6255..The one I'm working on is fogged just on one side, hence getting background on the side when using the document feeder. Any help greatly appreciated..!!!
