Kyrocera-4501i adf tray

Looking for a part number for this machines adf document tray, someone pressed down on it and snapped the hinge where the wires come through.

What model document feeder? I think the trays are different dending on the model. Could be wrong. I'd double check.

Is it a reversing document feeder or does it scan both sides at once?
