I installled network interface chip on bizhub 751 but machine still not access to network print

Do you get the network option under admin?
Have you initialized the network settings?

Found a couple a machines where the network tab would be missing before initialization.

As far, as i remeber, there was a long time ago bulletin from minolta:

The notch at the chip was in opposite direction of the installation mark.
That ruins a lot of chips and boards also.
Cant imagine, this was coming again....

Network settings are available regardless of the print enabler (chip) as the 751 scans out of the box, it's the printer settings that won't pop up before the chip is installed. There are 2 slots, one is marked "SC" this is the security chip slot and should not be used for the print IC. There is nothing to turn on the if chip is working and installed properly. My guess is a bad chip..This should be an IC-208 for the 751. Even after installing one upside down once, it still worked when reversed and installed correctly. Emujo

Incorrect installation can be a reason. Check it again.
