    BizHub C224 separate scans ??

    Not sure if it matters but it is the "E" version.

    When copying off the glass it keeps asking to place another original or finish. Separate scans is off when I scroll through the tabs at top of screen.

    Looked at all the settings and that is only place I found anything related to separate scan.

    Any help appreciated.

          you could just turn sort mode off. someone has this on. my idiot sales do this all the time. they dont realize that these have intelligent sort.

                  Yeah i missed tge sort option once when trying to disable the prompt too its easy to miss
