We are starting to put out the Bizhub C654 in the field for rentals and sales. I was just wondering what kind of issues that have been found on these copiers. I saw a thread a while back on the Cyan developer does anyone know if this was ever resolved. So my main question is what are the field problems ya are seeing and how do you rate these machines thanks for your time.

they are good machines. i am not aware of magenta issues on these. the 2 series did have some problems of dumping -

Great machines. I had one run to 800k in about 1 year before needing anything but toner, ADF & PF rollers. 400k before 1st call ! 3 calls in 2.5 yrs !!Comment

Just to clarify my prior post. What I meant was during that first 800k only thing needed was toner, adf & PF rollers. Didn't want to give the impression that toners lasted 800k

They are great machines. We too had some run to 1mil in a year before replacing anything, except maybe rollers. I would say the most important thing to keep clean is that paper dust filter and the sensor under it.Comment
